Why A Membership Savings Plan?

No insurance?  Insurance too expensive?  Tired of annual maximums or insurance limitations?  We may have an answer.

What Is A Membership Savings Plan?

For a small annual fee, you will receive:

• 2 dental cleanings along with the doctor exams plus one set of bitewing x-rays. 
• If you are a new patient, the New Patient Exam will be included as well. 
• Also included is one free Emergency Exam or Office Visit any time during the year. 
• Most other work will be at a discount from 10-50%. (Orthodontics is excluded)

• Basic services, which include fillings, periodontal services, extractions and any additional exams or cleanings will be provided at a 20% discount.

• Major services, which include crowns, porcelain veneers, dentures, root canals and implants, will be provided at a 10% discount.

• X-rays, other than the included annual bitewing x-rays, will be provided at a 50% discount

What Is The Cost?

Age 15 and older          $405/yr 

What If I Already Have Dental Insurance?

This plan is only for patients who do not have dental insurance.
